Trill and Klingon Acccolade

Without giving away too much, has anyone found Jadzia and Worf, I mean a random Trill and Klingon arguing at night on Risa anywhere but by the Floater mission contact?

I saw them there on one of my alts and that's the last thing I need to finish my Risa accolades on my main. I can't seem to find them there or in any locale populated by NPC's. I really just want to know if I'm wasting my time looking elsewhere, so a simple yes or no they have been spotted elsewhere would be great. Thanks.

I think it depends which instance you're in. I think you have to be in #15.

That is where they spawn. And I think it's not long after night starts.

I too have the accolade after parking in front of the Floter Rental. Don't know what time it was but yeah, I was doing something else at the time (not in game, I was idle) and suddenly this accolade pops up.
